Summary Delta Star Inc. is seeking a motivated and curious Intern to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role offers exposure across various business functions-including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance-while contributing to meaningful, real-world projects. What You’ll Do As an Intern, you’ll support departmental initiatives aligned with your field of study while gaining exposure to daily operations and strategic projects. You’ll collaborate with teams, assist in data analysis, contribute to process improvements, and help solve real business challenges in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A Day in the Life Your day may include participating in team meetings, supporting project work, gathering and analyzing data, and assisting with documentation or reporting tasks. You’ll engage with cross-functional teams, apply classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios, and gain visibility into how different parts of the business operate. Every day offers an opportunity to learn, contribute, and build foundational career skills.
Specific Duties - Support day-to-day activities and ongoing projects within assigned department(s).
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and team meetings.
- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist with process improvements, documentation, and reporting activities.
- Apply academic knowledge to real-world business challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures and policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Complete additional assignments and special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable student who is eager to learn, comfortable working in a team environment, and ready to contribute to meaningful projects.
Position Requirements - Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s level).
- Pursuing a degree relevant to business functions such as Engineering, Business, Operations, HR, Finance, or Supply Chain.
- Strong academic standing preferred.
Skills & Competencies - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

Work Environment & Physical Demands Exposure to both office and manufacturing environments depending on assignment.
Must follow all site-specific safety protocols and PPE requirements when in production areas.
