Job Description
Giant Labs is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong organizational skills, inventory management experience, and the ability to lead by example.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Process incoming inventory and oversee restocking
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Manage daily purchasing and vendor relationships
- Pick up products from local vendors
- Monitor workflow and ensure team productivity throughout the day
- Coordinate staffing and daily task assignments
- Maintain warehouse organization and operational efficiency
- Assist in customer service related tasks, manage refunds, credits, etc.
- Assist team members wherever needed to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with inventory management and purchasing preferred
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and move inventory as needed
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Full-time position
