The Director of Operations is a part of the executive team and a key leadership position. They will be responsible for leading, creating and executing the organization’s strategic operational goals. In addition to the strategic components, the Director of Operations will be charged with driving the day-to-day areas of warehouse management, facilities management, product distribution, pharmaceutical distribution compliance and operational staff development.
The Director of Operations will build organizational capacity and operational efficiencies while motivating and challenging others in a way that inspires and promotes operational excellence with an emphasis on high customer satisfaction.
The Director of Operations has the following direct reports: the Senior Distribution Manager (CA), Regional Distribution Manager (KS), Senior Distribution Manager (NC) and Licensing & Compliance Specialist (CA).
