Job Description
KPFF is looking for full-time structural engineering professionals who are self‑motivated and eager to deepen their knowledge of structural engineering while gaining real-world experience.
Our engineers work in a team structure that allows frequent collaboration and connection to all layers of our organization—from interns to Principals. · Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals

Salary
Pay range: $80,000–$90,000 depending on education.
Minimum Qualifications
· BS in Civil Engineering (with an emphasis in Structures)
· Transcripts must show completed courses in Concrete, Steel, or Wood Design
· No full-time work experience required
Preferred Qualifications
· 3.0 cumulative GPA or above in Bachelor's coursework
· Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structures
· Graduate coursework in Structural Design, Steel or Wood Design, Concrete, or Seismic
· Previous internship or full-time experience in a Structural or Civil Engineering role
· EIT Certification
Physical Demands and Work Environment
· Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk
· Requires the ability to work at a computer for several hours per day
· May occasionally need to lift items up to 15 lbs
· Requires in-person attendance Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. at our Downtown LA office during training
· After satisfactory training, a hybrid schedule (2 days per week in office) may be accommodated
