We are looking for a CRM Experience Technologist with deep, hands-on expertise in Movable Ink to help build the next generation of personalized, data-driven customer experiences. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and engineering, turning complex customer journeys and ambitious creative concepts into scalable, high-performing CRM campaigns.

Lead end-to-end development of dynamic, personalized campaigns in Movable Ink.
Translate creative concepts and data logic into production-ready CRM experiences.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across channels.
Improve CRM workflows through automation, optimization, and technical best practices.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure flawless campaign delivery.
Expert-level experience with Movable Ink.
3+ years in CRM technologies, including 1+ year working with an enterprise marketing automation platform integrated with Movable Ink.
Strong background in building highly personalized, dynamic CRM campaigns.
Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma.
Working knowledge of templating languages (AMPscript, Handlebars, JavaScript, Jinja).
Familiarity with Litmus or Email on Acid and email deliverability best practices.
Ability to work onsite in Seattle four days per week.
Developer certifications in Movable Ink, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign.
Experience with additional ESPs such as SFMC, Adobe Campaign, or MoEngage.
JavaScript and JSON experience for advanced implementations.
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Knowledge of email accessibility standards.
Agency experience with enterprise clients.
Degree in computer science, web development, or a related field.
