Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance, you will manage the planning and direction of departmental projectsfor two manufacturing facilities,while overseeing the efficient operation andcost effectivenessof financial systems and programs. You will provide leadership to staff, partner with business stakeholders to support sound financial decisions, and lead small teams andad hocproject groups. You will perform business partnering, analytics, annual operating plan and strategic planning work, monthly forecasting, metrics and scorecard development, and period close responsibilities.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Multi-site responsibilities over Marshall, MO and Macon, MO plants.
- Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees while supporting their development.
- Coach, counsel, and guide employees; plan, monitor, and appraise job results; conduct training; and implement systems, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a business partner forOperationsonallaccounting and financematters, assessing needs, resolving risks and opportunities, and communicating results.
- Lead preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan and strategic plan for assigned portions of the profit and loss statement and related balance sheet accounts.
- Managethe monthlyfinancialforecast and provideforward looking, actionableinsightsto business partners.
- Participate in monthly consensus meetings related to volume, capitalexpenditures,and other supply chain activities.
- Leadmonth endandquarter endclose activities, ensuringaccurateandtimelyresolution of unusual items.
- Deliver comprehensive financial analysis and business models for product development, customer analysis, competitive analysis, pricing, and other business needs.
- Lead project work across financial disciplines including financial planning and analysis, new product development, manufacturing investments,andinmarketinvestments.
- Develop metrics, scorecards, and reporting for assigned functions and deliver periodic updates to leadership.
- Provide financial planning and analysis support as needed.
- Participate in or leadfinance wideprojects based on business needs.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Master of Business Administration or Certified Public Accountant/Certified Management Accountant preferred.
- Minimum seven years of professional business and financial experience.
- Experience managing a team.
- Proven drive and comfort working in a dynamic,fast pacedenvironment with ambiguity and change.
- Background incost accounting,profit and loss statement management and familiarity with financial systems and general accounting concepts.
- Strongrelationship buildingskills with internal partners and peers.
- Demonstrated experience working across departments to lead or complete projects.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP or similar tools preferred.
- Critical thinking skillsincludinganalytics, benchmarking, and insight generation.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
