We are seeking an experienced SAP Data & Product Content Analyst to support ongoing artwork, packaging, and product data changes across a nationally distributed retail portfolio. This is a hybrid role in Cincinnati, OH for approximately 4 months.

This role will play a critical part in maintaining SAP Bill of Materials (BOM) and commercialization (COM) data, while also supporting Product Detail Page (PDP) setup and syndication for major retailers. The work spans internal SAP master data governance and external PDP platforms such as One World Sync, Syndigo, and Nielsen, ensuring products are fully commercialized, accurate, and compliant across retailer platforms.

This is a hands-on, tactical role requiring strong attention to detail, process discipline, and comfort working directly in data systems.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Master Data & BOM Management (Primary Focus ~20 hrs/week)

• Maintain and update SAP master data related to Bill of Materials (BOM), packaging, artwork, and material attributes
• Support commercialization (COM) activities tied to new items and packaging updates
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across SAP environments
• Act as a business process owner (BPO) or data steward for assigned product data processes
• Partner cross-functionally with packaging, supply chain, and marketing teams to resolve data issues
• Support changes tied to nationally distributed retail products (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Costco)

Product Detail Page (PDP) & Retail Content Support (Secondary Focus ~10 hrs/week)

• Prepare and manage product data for retailer Product Detail Pages (PDPs)
• Execute item setup and updates using: 1WorldSync, Syndigo or Nielsen
• Ensure product content aligns with retailer specific requirements
• Support PDP launches across omnichannel and digital shelf environments
• Identify and resolve data gaps where PDP standards vary by retailer

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in an SAP environment
• Direct experience managing Bill of Materials (BOM) and master data
• Background in: Master Data Management, Data Governance, Process Ownership (BPO), or Data Analyst work within SAP
• Experience working directly in data (not advisory only)

PDP & Retail Data Experience

• Experience supporting Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for retailers
• Prior use of One World Sync, Syndigo, Nielsen, or similar product content/syndication portals
• Experience in: Retail data management, Omnichannel or digital shelf environments, Agency or retail analytics roles supporting product data

Preferred Background

• Business, data, or related degree
• Data-oriented - Individuals who enjoy structured processes and detailed work
• Comfortable learning and using new technologies
• Experience in consumer, retail, or nationally distributed products is a plus

Skills & Attributes

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Process-driven, organized, and methodical
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and portals
• Ability to manage ambiguity where PDP standards vary by retailer
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across teams
