Our well known global technology client is currently looking for a Freelance Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist with Optimizely DAM experience to join their team.

This is a fully remote opportunity, working 40hrs/week for about 3 months with some potential to extend based on business need and performance.

Client is currently in the process of implementing Optimizely DAM alongside a refresh of their brand guidelines, and we are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Asset Management Specialist to support this transition. This role will focus on organizing, classifying, and preparing a full library of digital assets to ensure a clean, intuitive, and scalable structure within the new DAM environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Organize and audit existing digital assets including images, videos, documents, and brand files
-Develop and apply consistent taxonomy, tagging, and metadata standards within Optimizely DAM
-Classify assets according to updated brand guidelines and naming conventions
-Identify duplicates, outdated files, and assets requiring archival or removal
-Ensure assets are easy to find, correctly labeled, and aligned to new brand structure
-Collaborate with marketing and brand stakeholders to understand asset usage and categorization needs
-Support the migration and clean-up process as assets are uploaded into the DAM

Qualifications
-Experience working with Digital Asset Management systems (Optimizely experience strongly preferred)
-Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and file organization best practices
-Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage large volumes of content
-Experience supporting brand, marketing, or creative teams
-Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, short-term project environment

Nice to Have
-Experience supporting brand guideline rollouts or rebrands
-Background in marketing operations, content management, or digital production
