The Role
We are searching for a VP of Business Architecture who will play a key role in our Enterprise Technology's strategy to advance and simplify our technology, while protecting the Firm. Our practice enables making digital servicing excellence possible through integrated, re-usable solutions, modernizing our infrastructure to the meet the Firms needs now and in the future, and mitigating risk. Be part of a team that is simplifying & modernizing experiences and technology for over 70M yearly customer interactions, 80M transactions, and 10M documents annually.
You will partner with technology product leaders and enterprise architecture in the creation and delivery of solutions for select Top 25 and strategic initiatives. You will lead a team that develops investment cases and plans, consults on product strategy & planning, and drives rigor and sound decision making with our technology capital - aligning as needed with leaders in our business and technology organizations.
The long-term focus and growth of the team is refining our proficiency in the areas of building and applying solutions, making sound capital investment decisions, as well as running a practice of highly talented & motivated associates.
You will blend deep business, technology, and design expertise while coaching, mentoring and growing associates - deeply committed to delivering value to our business partners.

The Team
Advanced Process Solutions (APS) team makes digital servicing excellence possible - delivering seamless, integrated, and reusable solutions that power Fidelity's end-to-end customer servicing while eliminating the anti-digital.
This role is within the Business Architecture & Solutions organization, whose broader mission is to guide change investments in support of APS' mission - people process & technology - using planning, design and execution practices that achieve business outcomes - all while keeping the Firm connected.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
