As a Senior Accountant on Acushnet's Corporate Controlling team, you'll play a visible role in financial reporting and planning while building deep technical expertise and cross-functional business acumen. This is an ideal landing spot for a proactive, detail-obsessed problem solver who wants to grow in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Own core financials for North America: monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and internal control compliance across key balance sheet and P&L areas.
Drive planning & performance: prepare the annual business plan, develop monthly forecasts, analyze departmental spend, and explain variances with clear, actionable insights.
Support close & reporting: contribute to quarterly and year-end closes; prepare workpapers for SEC and IFRS reporting and assist on ad hoc accounting/forecasting initiatives.
Degree: Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting.
Experience: 5 years in public accounting and/or industry; experience in a publicly traded, multinational CPG environment is a plus.
