Creative Circle's Agency Services team is looking for a fast-moving, detail driven Project Manager to support our aviation client's Advertising & Social team through the end of the year, but likely to extend!

This is a fulltime (40 hrs/week), fully remote role . Bonus if you live in Chicago!

The ideal candidate comes from an agency environment and is highly experienced managing an internal website, digital signage, emails, etc. You'll partner closely with designers, social strategists, and cross functional teams to keep multiple deliverables moving often on timelines measured in days, not weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced workflow and loves being at the center of creative production.

What You'll Do:
- Manage up to 6 active projects at a time, varying in scope, complexity, and channel.
- Maintain project timelines and flex schedules as priorities shift.
- Ensure accuracy and organization by managing files, routing creative, and delivering final assets.
- Communicate progress, risks, and needs clearly to internal and client stakeholders.
- Keep all work moving efficiently through short timelines and rapid response cycles.
- Use Workfront for tasking, timelines, and documentation (experience preferred, not required).

Who You Are:
- Agency background required: comfortable with fast pace, shifting priorities, and high volume.
- Well-versed in social media campaign workflows, trends, and creative production requirements.
- Exceptionally organized with the ability to juggle multiple short-term projects at once.
- Strong communicator who anticipates needs and keeps stakeholders aligned.
- Confident working with designers, social strategists, and cross functional teams.
- Able to work independently while knowing when to escalate or request support.
- Calm, proactive, and solutions oriented in quick moving environments.
- Workfront or similar PM tool experience is a plus.
