Our client in Washington DC is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to join their team full-time. This person will serve as a versatile marketing and communications resource, acting as the right hand to the Director, overseeing integrated marketing and communications efforts. The Senior Marketing Communications Manager will play a critical role in supporting marketing strategy, managing day-to-day execution, and partnering with external agencies for design, social media, and events. The right candidate is proactive, highly organized, and digitally savvy, with experience in email marketing platforms and a strong aptitude for analytics.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic marketer (B2B preferred) with strong communications expertise, particularly in investor and client communications. This role requires exceptional writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multi-channel initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid onsite role that requires in-office work three days per week (Tues-Thurs) at their office in Washington DC. The office is walking distance from multiple Metro stops.

Senior Marketing Communications Manager Responsibilities:
- Support development, and lead execution of marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and strengthen market positioning among investors and clients.
- Craft and refine investor-level communications, ensuring clarity and alignment with fund-level messaging.
- Write and edit content for newsletters, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing assets with a strong emphasis on strategic messaging.
-Support email marketing strategy and execution
- Manage work of external agencies on design, social media, and event execution; review analytics and provide strategic input.
- Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Partner with HR and leadership on internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, including coordinating internal events.
- Bonus: Ability to provide light design support (Canva) or review creative assets.

Senior Marketing Communications Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or public relations within real estate, AEC, or financial services
- B2B or client-focused experience is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects from concept to completion.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a strategic mindset
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or email marketing platform.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC three days per week (Tues-Thurs).
