Summary of the Role: This role is responsible for driving operational efficiencies, launching and managing compliant marketing and retention campaigns, and overseeing the accuracy and maintenance of compliance data for all downline and W-2 NFP Medicare and Individual Advisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • CRM (AgencyBloc) Management and Enhancements
    • Creates and maintains workflows in Agency Bloc that are consistent across all regions related to individual and Medicare retention and marketing efforts
    • Creates and maintains procedural workflows that allow for maximum efficiency for regional sales teams.
    • Maintains website blog using CMS approved content through AgencyBloc
    • Update website content as needed and requested by Regional Leaders and liaise with corporate marketing for brand governance and national support needs.
    • Produces automated emails for quarterly and ad hoc client communications
    • Assists agents and NFP Medicare Services with developing an online social media presence using CMS approved content from AgencyBloc
    • Uploads books of businesses from group prospects, new acquisitions, new employees, or from carriers for downline and w-2 employees
    • Maintains contracted AgencyBloc user licenses, allocates monthly fees by region, distributes invoice for approval, and sends request for payment
    • Attends annual Bloc Builder conference to learn best practices and maximize efficiencies in AgencyBloc
    • Acts as the go-to for any AgencyBloc issues or additional training requests
    • Generates reporting on pipeline, revenue, client books of business, and client carrier listings, maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA as required,
  • Compliance and Regulatory Support
    • Maintains E&O and licensing data on downline and w-2 agents for annual carrier audits
    • Requests licensure and carrier appointments in expansion and existing states
    • Maintains documentation on OIG and GSA exclusions for carrier audits
    • Liaise with corporate compliance team as needed for regulatory guidance, practice updates, issues and/or escalations.
  • Marketing Coordination:
    • Monitors general email boxes for all regions and assigns leads appropriately
    • Works with Regional Leaders to ensure Advisors are available in all states and maintains the Advisor listing
    • Liaise with corporate marketing team as needed for national campaigns, resource and marketing toolkit updates, presentation templates, website support, etc.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

  • Strong database skills
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Medicare products and services is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Professional response to requests from personnel, clients, carriers, and the public.
  • Effective priority and deadline management.
  • AgencyBloc familiarity is a plus
  • Microsoft suite familiarity with proficiency in Outlook and Excel
  • Problem-solving and data collection skills
  • Interpretation of technical instructions and handling abstract/concrete variables.

Education and/or Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Requires 1+ years of experience in digital market or equivalent education
  • Experience in Medicare or individual health insurance a plus

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
