Nestled in the heart of the National Park, The Lodge at Mammoth Cave (MCNP ONP) offers a one-of-a-kind workplace for someone who truly loves customer service and unforgettable destinations. We operate a restaurant, café, coffee shop, multiple retail spaces, bus tours and a variety of guest rooms throughout the National Park. Only 15 minutes from Cave City and Brownsville, and 30 minutes from Glasgow, Horse Cave and Bowling Green

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Use point of sale system to take orders and process payment
- Daily cleaning of café area and equipment
- Scoop ice cream
- Stock food, supplies, coolers, retail and convenience items in cafe
- Prepare and serve food according to company standards (Sandwichs, pizza, hot dogs, pretzels and other food items)
- Complete all required food and safety logs in a timely and efficient manner
Position Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - must be able to read, write and speak English
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people and will involve frequent bending, twisting, squatting and lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally
