This Internal Consultant IV plays a critical role in shaping enterprise-wide strategies and driving operational excellence through innovation. This position is responsible for evaluating organizational needs, designing new or optimized operating methods, and delivering cost-effective solutions that align with corporate objectives.

Beyond traditional consulting responsibilities, this role requires a forward-thinking professional who can identify processes and use cases suitable for automation and AI agent integration-and then build and deliver these solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.

What you will do:

  • Act as an internal consultant providing guidance on complex analytical projects and planning resources in order to meet project deadlines.
  • Analyze and develop business requirements to recommend scalable, cost-effective solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across all levels to define and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven process improvements, assessing feasibility and business impact.
  • Interface with management at all levels of the company to ensure quality and timeliness of projects
  • Design, build, and deliver automation workflows and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on-time, on-budget, and on-value.
  • Manage project risks, track progress, and report on achievement of objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align solutions with corporate strategy.
  • Develop and utilize data gathering tools; Prepare reports synthesizing analytical results and outlining business cases.
  • Prepare, evaluate and distill analysis conducted by other departments and/or outside consultants.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or four (4) years of work experience (Required).
  • Seven (7) years of consulting, analyst or business experience (Required).
  • Proven experience in business process analysis and enterprise consulting.
  • Hands-on expertise with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps) and AI technologies.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with change management and organizational readiness for change adoption.
  • Understanding of the health care industry, including claims and/or configuration.

  • Deepen the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles. This also involves refining skills in influencing, negotiating, and building consensus.

Advanced Business Process Analysis

  • Enhance analytical skills to evaluate complex organizational needs, design scalable solutions, and recommend improvements that drive operational excellence and cost-effectiveness. This includes mastering advanced data gathering and synthesis techniques.

Change Management & Organizational Readiness

  • Build greater proficiency in leading change management efforts, preparing organizations for new processes or technologies, and ensuring successful adoption and sustained outcomes. This is critical for implementing innovative solutions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Project Leadership & Risk Management

  • Further develop project management capabilities, including planning, execution, risk assessment, and reporting on objectives. This also involves learning new methodologies and tools for managing complex, cross-functional projects efficiently.

  • This is primarily a sedentary role which requires the ability to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.

The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.

National Salary Range:

$89,300.00 - $151,800.00

National Plus Salary Range:

$101,900.00 - $173,200.00

*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
