Job Summary
PERA is currently seeking a Document Management Services Supervisor in the Account Information Management division.
This position exists to administer and coordinate daily operations of PERA’s document management and benefit application processing activities.
Key responsibilities include:
This position is not telework eligible and is expected to work full-time in PERA's St Paul office.
PERA offers parking in an attached ramp at no cost to employees.

Two (2) years of experience coordinating logistical processes such as mailroom or dispatching functions or other similar activities in highly structured environments that includes demonstrated leadership experience. Demonstrated leadership experience may include any of the following:
*A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Organizational Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or similar as determined by hiring authority may substitute for one (1) year of experience.

We serve nearly 500,000 current and former public employees from 2,100 governmental agencies and pay monthly benefits to more than 135,000 retirees, disabled members, and survivors of deceased members. Our 185,000 active members are social workers, firefighters, nurses, police officers, correctional officers, snowplow drivers, attorneys, and paraprofessionals. The services they provide and the work they do make our communities better.
Benefits are funded by investment earnings, the employer, and its employees. Contributions over a member’s career are made by both the member and employer, and invested and managed by the State Board of Investment. Two-thirds of our revenue comes from professional investing over a long horizon.
