Work For, has an opportunity for a Treasury Analyst that is responsible for
designing and implementing processes to manage liquidity, cash forecasting,
banking relationships, and short-term investments for an investment
management/benefits administration firm overseeing $27 billion of assets. The
analyst is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills that leads the
centralization of all cash management operations. This role is a combination of
hands-on day-to-day execution and driver of strategic cash management
improvements.
More specifically, as a Treasury Analyst you will have the
following key responsibilities:

Cash & Liquidity Management
Monitor daily operating and investment fund cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity.Oversee short-term investments and optimize returns within risk guidelines.Implement cash forecasting models to optimize liquidity management.Execute cash movements, including wire transfers, redemptions, and subscriptions.Reconcile cash transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Manages fund liquidity by scheduling cash flow instructions, communicate with Internal and external parties with expected and unexpected liquidity changes/needs.

Treasury Analyst Benefits and Compensation:

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.2-5 years of treasury experience in financial services or corporate environment.Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and banking operations is a plus.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
