Summary: As a Housekeeper, you will enjoy providing exemplary customer service, by completing tasks efficiently to further enhance the guests experience at the location.
Responsibilities: - Follows detailed duties worksheet assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Clean check-outs and stay-overs, including changing sheets and towels, emptying trash, dusting, scrubbing, vacuuming and waxing according to procedures
- Report damaged or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor, turn in all lost and found items to Management
- Notify Management and Maintenance of any repairs
- Stock personal cart daily with cleaning supplies, guest supplies and linens, alert supervisor if supplies run low
- Unload cart of dirty linens and trash at end of shift
- Assist in the unloading of linens (delivered by truck) bi-weekly
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning projects as assigned
- Other duties as may be assigned
Position Requirements: - Detail oriented
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs. with frequent bending, twisting and squatting required.
Education and Experience: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience: One (1) year of housekeeping experience preferred
Resort/National Park experience preferred
