9 MonthsRole Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Systems & Reporting Analyst to support the
Credit Cards Loyalty/Rewards space. This role focuses on monitoring control and exception reports, correcting identified defects through front-end systems, and driving process efficiencies-including report consolidation-while ensuring strict adherence to published SLAs. The analyst will collaborate closely with technology, operations, and risk/control teams to deliver timely, auditable fixes and improve overall reporting quality.
Key Responsibilities - Monitor and remediate exception and control reports.
- Correct identified defects via front-end systems with accuracy and speed.
- Partner with technology, operations, and risk/control teams to ensure timely, auditable resolutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and document findings clearly.
- Streamline processes and contribute to report consolidation and quality improvements.
- Maintain a strong control environment through effective communication, escalation, and documentation practices.
Required Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in business systems or reporting operations with direct involvement in exception monitoring and remediation.
- Proven track record of meeting requirements with consistent delivery.
- Strong analytical skills, including root cause analysis and defect resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate across functions.
- Ability to produce clear, auditable documentation.
