Tasks:

Identify, analyze, and implement business process solutions. Propose innovative solutions and recommendations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance across various functional areas.
Develop business requirements and documentation for projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze complex data sets, identify key trends, and generate actionable insights to support informed decision-making and strategic planning processes. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align business processes with strategic objectives.
Provide effective support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring timely and successful achievement of key milestones and deliverables. Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Participate in diverse rotational assignments across various departments and functions, gaining exposure to different aspects of our business. Potential assignment tracks available and dependent on background and interests, including but not limited to: Business Strategy & Planning, Executive Operational Planning, Business Advisor, Experience Owner, and Development Product Owner. Working patterns will vary depending on the specific requirements of each rotation assignment.
Participates in structured career development, receive coaching and mentoring, and on-the-job training to accelerate professional growth.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Minimum Experience:

Military veteran who has recently separated from the military with an honorable discharge or currently serving in any reserve or national guard military component.
Military service that includes 6 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: project management, operational planning and analysis, strategy, development, product management, or executive support.
Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements, process flows, and use cases to identify opportunities to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks, all while adhering to relevant risk management frameworks.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and their practical application in diverse project environments.
Proven ability to develop clear and concise communications and deliver key information effectively to stakeholders at all levels of management. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
