Our client, a PE-owned accounting advisory group, is looking for their next Partner in Washington, DC. Based in DC with over 1000 employees across the world, this consulting firm is regarded as one of the leading advisories in their space.

Founded in 2000 by former Big 4 professionals, they are an established industry leader with the resources to successfully navigate today's complex accounting, reporting, tax and compliance landscape. An assemblage of top professionals with in-depth public accounting expertise, they fulfill a variety of client needs without the restrictions of auditor independence. Their value-added services are focused on the following key areas:

  • Private Equity Services
  • CFO Services
  • Consulting
  • Interim Management
  • Corporate Tax
  • Valuation
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
The ideal candidate will have a Big 4 background, a CPA, is rooted in the DC area, and is currently in a Managing Director or similar role and wants a fast track to Partner.

Compensation is around $400K and matched in equity and more.
