Park Forest Care Center, Inc is a long term care center that cares for the mentally ill, brian injuried and residents with behavior issues.  We are a 103 bed facility with an average census of 95.  We offer around the clock medical treatment utilizing
Rn's, LPN's and CNA's.  We are a privately owned faciility which gives us more flexability to taylor care and treatment to each of our residents.


We have a caring management team as well as line staff, giving each other the support that is needed to care for our residents.
