Our Communication Technicians visit customer homes to perform full service installations of all Comcast products & services, troubleshooting activities, change of service, disconnects, reconnects, and service calls. Our Techs deal with customers face to face as they resolve technical issues and educate them about our products and services in a clear and engaging manner.

This job is highly physical involving considerable fieldwork and driving. It is physically demanding requiring you to carry/lift/set up 75lb-80lb ladder while wearing 25 lbs. in tools and equipment on a regular basis. You will be regularly working in confined spaces, crawl spaces and attics as well as working aloft at heights that exceed 20 feet with heavy tools and equipment. You will work under challenging weather conditions, including in wind, rain, and extreme heat and cold.

Overall, this job requires just the right mix of people skills, technical knowledge and physical strength.
