Who You Are:

Background and Education: You have prior experience in sales or business development.   Your prior industry experience isn’ t as important as your proven track record of success in cultivating client relationships and closing deals.   You LOVE to learn new things and are open to new ideas and systems. A four-year degree is preferred, but not required.   Our client is more interested in finding someone who has the drive to succeed in this industry.

A People Person: You know people. You know how to effectively communicate with people, in both written and verbal form. You are solution-oriented, and can Keep Calm and Carry On.   You empathize well with others in order to build long-lasting, quality business relationships.   You have the ability to build rapport with people quickly.

SUPER Organized: You pay attention to the smallest detail and are able to juggle multiple projects efficiently all while staying focused and keeping a smile on your face. You excel at following up and following through. You have the ability to assess, prioritize, and act quickly.

Perfectionist - within reason: You like things done the right way the first time. You operate with a high level of professionalism and present yourself as such.    You also understand the importance of meeting deadlines and you are able to balance your perfectionist tendencies with the need to move projects along quickly.

Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with database management systems, MS Office Suite, internet navigation, smart phones and have excellent typing skills.

What You’ ll Do:

Develop New Business: In the beginning, a majority of your time will be spent developing your book of clients.   You may spend 50% or more of your day cold calling and networking with prospective clients.   As you become more established, new business development will take up less of your day.

Source New Candidates: Using a variety of resources at your disposal, you will connect with Nurse Practitioners and identify prospective candidates for your clients.

Communicate:   On an average day you will make anywhere from 65-85 phone calls to prospective candidates and clients.   You need to be comfortable on the phone, connecting with people voice-to-voice.
