We accomplish this by protecting families with the products we have, by being ethical, honest and compassionate with all of our clients.
Aggressive Compensation Plans: 65%-140%:
Raises in commission are given every two months based upon production numbers, also if you are a high producer with proof of previous production then a higher commission level would be negotiable.
Call In Lead Program:
We have a cutting edge program where we place a number on leads we send out allowing the prospective clients to call in to our office. We have this staffed seven days a week and send the agent a wave file, which is an audio recording of exactly what the client wants for insurance coverage. The agent receives this information within an hour typically and it allows them to be very successful with the clients.
Free Training:
We hold monthly boot camps that are run by our top producers as well as the owner of the company himself, Shawn Meaike. Our training is some of the best in the industry and weekly we train on phone script, in home presentation and products.
Vested Renewals:
Family First Life doesn’t believe in keeping your money, if you sold the policy you keep the renewals for the life of the policy.
CRM (Customer Relations Management):
Our innovative tracking system uploads our agent’s leads into our CRM system as soon as they come in. This allows the agent to track the status of the lead at every stage, therefore making their lives a lot more organized and insuring detailed attention to each and every client.
Innovative Lead Program:
We have the ability to generate brand new leads in any area an agent would like, whether that’s a zip-code, city, or county. Our leads are NOT rented, Meaning that when an agentobtains a lead here they don’t need to worry about our leads being giving to numerous agents in FFL. Once you obtain that lead, it’s yours forever.
No Fees:
The only cost our agents ever incur is for the gas they put in their car, thereby allowing them to actually “NET” more money than traditional life insurance agents are making. We commit to getting all our agents netting $100,000 a year, if they so choose.
