Donaldson & James was born out of the typical agency model in 2004. After many years of traditional agency standards, we decided to look for a better way. In 2011 we decided to pivot the business model. Recruiters make the magic happen, and not the agency. After this realization, we created a model that empowers the recruiters to be at their very best, and to focus on what’s really important.
