We're hiring Class 'A' CDL Drivers at our Mobile Terminal. We need company drivers who are looking for a friendly atmosphere to enjoy a long and successful career in the trucking industry. We're a family run business with +50 rigs on the road. We're big enough to take good care of our employees and provide nice equipment but small enough to know our drivers by their first name and treat them like family. We'll put you in one of our late model Mack Pinnacle Trucks and have you home each weekend (if you want it). No need to shuttle your personal vehicle back and forth to a terminal in between deliveries, simply park your truck at home or at a secure location. We have built our business to work with our drivers to offer the best service to our customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have Class "A" CDL
-Must be over 21 years of age
-Must have good MVR
-Must have two years verifiable driving experience
-Must be able to pass drug test and DOT physical

Long-Haul Fleet

• 3,000 mile Commitment-  $0.38 /mile
• 12 Month Commitment (Not a contract, rate paid regardless of actual miles driven per week)
• Pay Scale (7 day week) Sunday-Saturday
• All miles per PCmiler– practical miles
• Driver Retention Bonus Paid Quarterly 2 % of the “Taxed Amount” based on the previous year’s W-2 after your first year of service

Short-Haul Fleet

• 0-2,499 miles-  $0.30 /mile
• 2,500 miles & up-  $0.35 /mile
• Standard Sliding Pay Scale
• All miles per PCmiler– practical miles
• Driver Retention Bonus Paid Quarterly 1 % of the “Taxed Amount” based on the previous year’s W-2 after your first year of service

• $ 50.00 Pad Folding Fee (0-175 pads)
• $ 75.00 Pad Folding Fee (176-240 pads)
• $ 0.07 per mile for Per Diem (Non-Taxable Income)
• $ 25.00 FMCSA Road Side Clean Inspection
