We are a property preservation company who maintains foreclosed homes for banks. Day to day tasks include completing assigned work orders for general handyman work (lock changes, grass cutting, snow removal, debris removals as well as larger projects, roof repairs etc.) as well as taking photos of all work for documentation purposes.

This individual would work as an independent contractor, which means you essentially run your own business. Work orders are given to you, and you decide how to best go about completing them, as long as they are complete by the due date. Expenses for completing work are the contractors responsibility and the contractor will be paid agreed upon set prices per completed work order. You will need to have your own transportation and basic tools and equipment.
