The American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), founded in 1938 is the largest and most influential of all dermatologic associations.   With a membership of more than 19,000, AAD represents 92% of all American Board of Dermatology board certified Dermatologists in the United States, as well as a growing number of international dermatologists.  AAD headquarters is located in northwest suburban Schaumburg, IL (Chicago area) with an office in Washington, DC.  AAD has a staff of over 175 and an operating budget of $46M.
