~~MUNICIPAL EQUIPMENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Balar Equipment has been selling infrastructure maintenance equipment, parts and services to Municipalities, and Contractors in Arizona for over 30 years.  The Company’s portfolio of over 20 product lines include Heil refuse equipment, Vac-Con jet/vac and excavation trucks, Schwarze street sweepers, Wachs pipe and valve maintenance products & Stanley hydraulic breakers, tampers, saws and pumps. 
Balar Equipment is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our sales team.  This individual would be responsible for the sale of several of our product lines through-out Arizona, starting with and growing from an established account base.  Key responsibilities will include creating and maintaining customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotes, closing sales and maintaining accurate records of sales calls, customer files and sales activities utilizing an online CRM system.

Qualified candidate will have:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Outside sales/marketing experience
Broad knowledge of the entire sales process and the patience, composure and persistence to take a deal from introduction to closure
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
Strong problem solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and the ability to work in a team environment
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus), good driving record and the ability (with training) to safely operate various types of equipment for demonstrations
Character, integrity and an ethical approach to business at all times

This salary plus commission position also includes a car allowance, healthcare plan, 401k plan, paid holidays and paid vacation.
