DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL – CAREGIVER
 
Our Community Living Program is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals wanting to make a difference in the lives of others to join our team.  We serve in group homes or apartment-based programs providing care, comfort, and dignity to adults with developmental disabilities by assisting with personal care & social skills.  Must be 18, have HS Diploma/GED, possess valid AZ driver license, pass drug screen and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
