Our Santa Monica tech startup is looking for friendly, driven individuals with great written and verbal communication skills, to join our support team.
Our support team is dedicated to providing customer support so awesome that it'll make users' heads spin. Our goal is to be the best in the world at what we do. We have an awesome product and sizable user base. Every day presents a new set of challenges that requires innovative thinking and often times--collaboration with your peers. We send emails in prose, live chat with customers on our site, and answer calls so fast users haven't realized the phone was ringing. We love adding people to the team who can perform at a high level while exercising impeccable judgment. You know the type -- they are intellectually curious, relentless in their pursuit of better ways, and possess an atypical attention to detail. We trust them to do the right thing, give them the resources necessary to do so, and try to have some fun along the way.

We are a venture-backed company that produces the Ring Video Doorbell (TM). Ring blends convenience, monitoring and security into one sleek, simple and powerful wireless doorbell, enabling homeowners to see and speak with visitors from anywhere in the world via the free Ring iOS and Android app. Built-in motion sensors trigger instant mobile alerts when they detect movement, giving users the ability to monitor what's happening on their property at all times. HD cloud recording captures every activity detected by Ring's motion sensors and footage can be reviewed instantly and shared with family and friends.
