Ken Smith Auto Parts is a wholesale provider of Original Equipment brand Auto Repair parts to independent repair shops, dealerships, and vehicle fleets in the southeast. We stock tier 1 parts in OEM product lines for domestic vehicles, Asian import vehicles, and European import vehicles. Our online sales program is committed to providing excellent customer service and timely order processing. Daily work tasks include but are not limited to:
Customer Service.
Email Correspondence.
Phone Correspondence.
Data Entry.
Resolving order disputes.
Purchasing inventory.
Processing Third Party Online Orders/Shipments.
Infrequently Packaging and Processing shipments.
Job Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should posses a minimum of one year work experience in a job field that requires customer service interaction, inventory processing, and/or online data entry. Each candidate should be capable of using Microsoft Word for written communication and Microsoft Excel for basic data entry and calculation. Each Candidate should poses good written and oral communication skills as well as excellent conflict resolution skills.
Company Benefits:
This job posting is for a full time position. Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday 7am-4pm but it can vary based on seasonal needs.
