 Established in 1977 as an OEM in the gas detector industry, Revco Products, Inc. (RPI) migrated to the EMS industry in 1995.

 This transformation was made easier with our extensive knowledge in PCB  assembly. RPI combined its in house PCB and mechanical design services, with a personal touch as we did when we built our own product.
 
Since this migration RPI has expanded to a 12,000sq foot facility, became ISO9000-2008 certified and implemented lean manufacturing. To compliment this business foundation RPI has installed the latest manufacturing equipment: two Mydata SX100’s, both fitted with hydro heads which increased PPH to over 20,000, X-ray capabilities, AOI, PVA conformal coating and wave solder machines which can accommodate both leaded and lead free requirements. In an effort to increase our turn-key solution capabilities, RPI invested into partnerships with industry leading franchised distributors.  This has enabled RPI to incorporate full EDI with two bin systems for our blank ordering customers and increased procurement power for our smaller and less frequent ordering customers.
 
To ensure all products at RPI are built to the latest IPC standard ALL personnel are trained and certified. Also incorporated at RPI is ESD protection, beginning with receiving inspection and carried out through shipping of customer’s orders.
 RPI services also include E.T. of finished assemblies on site and offer ICT testing at a local supplier. We service SMT & THT as well as consignment or turn-key solution requirements. We can support scheduled or blanket orders and KAN BAN requirements.
