CONSTRUCTION MANAGER POSITION

Our services include Design and Construction of Decks, Pergolas, Patios, Shade Structures, Porches, Sun and Screen rooms, Outdoor Kitchens, Hardscaping, Fire Pits, etc.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Planning, directing and coordinating activity on construction sites
Screening and hiring contractors.
Maintaining crew and contractor information and requirements – Licenses, GL Insurance, etc.
Doing pricing, take-offs, placing orders and monitoring supplies
Ensuring company and OSHA standards are kept on and off sites
Preparing documents for submittal for permits
Following the company’s Job Progress Methodology
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor or Technical degree in Construction Management or Architecture is preferred
Previous job experience is not required
Fully bilingual, English/Spanish, preferred
Must provide own transportation, but mileage reimbursement available.
 
ABOUT THE POSITION
Training will be ongoing on the company’s Job Methodology, CRM, OSHA, CAD and Project Management software
Benefits: 10 days paid vacation per year.  10 days paid holidays per year.
Mileage reimbursement for job visits
Will be working outdoors some of the time - take into account exposure to sun and heat.
There will be interaction with customers, so some customer service skills preferred
