Central Iowa Power Cooperative is Iowa's largest cooperative energy provider serving 13 rural electric cooperatives and associations spanning 58 of Iowa's 99 counties. CIPCOs' members serve a population of nearly 320,000 rural and urban residents and approximately 12,000 commercial and industrial accounts. 
 
CIPCO maintains a balanced energy portfolio and ownership of electric generation assets, which positions the cooperative for price stability. Up to 95% of its energy resources are generated in Iowa, and over 60% is from carbon-free and emissions-free resources. In addition, CIPCO has limited market exposure with over 95% coming from owned units and long-term contracts.
