I provide recruitment services and strategies to attract strong candidates for known and anticipated vacancies in the eighteen national forests in California. This involves recruitment marketing and planning; sourcing candidates; and qualifying, selecting, and placing employees. Provide managers, employees, and job applicants with information on organizational recruitment procedures, practices, policies, and guidelines in addressing issues of moderate difficulty, such as devising methodologies to fill recurring vacancies.
