Crop One Holdings, Inc. is a Silicon Valley based vertical farming company rolling out with commercial customers in the Northeastern United States under its consumer brand Pure Genius Foods (
www.puregeniusfoods.com). Version 1.0 of the technology platform has enabled us to create a leadership position in the hydroponic vertical farming industry and are now hiring additional Harvest Associates for our Northeast US operations.
We currently operate one BoxFarm, which will hold up to 30 containers, in Millis, MA. We have retail customers that will be picking up from this location. We are planting, growing, harvesting and packing at this facility.
As a Harvest Associate, we would expect you to work with the Farm team - including a Farm Manager, Harvest Managers and an Agronomist. You will be expected to be involved in all aspects of the seeding, planting, growing, harvesting and planting, as well as learn and possibly participate in the engineering management of the growing containers. We will be building additional BoxFarms throughout the country so there is a great nationwide career path available to you if you are willing and able.
You will have a strong work ethic, with the ability to follow protocols closely. Ideally you will have worked in a function requiring precision and attention to detail. We are farmers but use digital tools to grow the best, cleanest, freshest produce in the market. A college degree is not a must but if you don't have one, your work experience would have to be substantive enough to substitute for one.
