Lifebridge is a homeless services organization that has been recognized for its comprehensive, community-based approach to ending homelessness.
Lifebridge is dedicated to empowering the men and women we serve, and aiding them in the transition of ending their homelessness, permanently.
We believe that the solution to ending homelessness is to provide housing with supportive services that encourage personal growth and development, and stability in physical and mental health.
The Lifebridge Campus is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and offers a suite of services to meet the intensive needs of the homeless and disadvantaged, including 34 year-round transitional beds, 18 additional winter beds, and a community meals program that serves 300 meals a day, 7 days a week, to anyone who is hungry.
