- Excellent customer service skills and work ethics
- Effective communication & listening Skills
- Multi-tasking ability
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and reliable
- Good driving record
- Mechanical experience with hand and power tools
- Experience in sandblasting and painting/coating a plus, but will train the right candidate
- Experience with cutting torches and welding equipment a plus
- Experience in industrial cooling equipment and HVAC a plus
- Capable of trouble-shooting problems and making good decisions
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Must have valid driver's license and be insurable under company's insurance plan
