Mears Construction LLC is a distribution natural gas pipeline company, a sub company of InfraSource Underground Construction. Mears is based in the southeast and is a non-union company with major operation centers in North Carolina and Florida. We are looking to hire laborers, machine operators (mini-excavators, backhoes etc.), and CDL drivers in North Carolina for our contracts and projects with Piedmont Natural Gas. Our labors start out making 14.50/hr, and the opportunity for advancement is tremendous. We offer full benefits (healthcare/insurance after 60 days employment, 401k after 1 year employment), and 13 days of paid vacation a year for new hires (not including paid company holidays).
