Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (additional responsibilities may be assigned) Stocks shelves, racks, cases, bins and/or tables with merchandise and arranges merchandise displays to attract customers. Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, on floor. Accurately, consistently and safely follows directions, is involved in manually lifting and placing cases or bottles of wine and spirits throughout the day.   Checks quantities of goods on display and in stock and services the account to achieve 100% in stock. Prepares, constructs and maintains product displays according to schematics, directions and standards. Accurately receives, sort, label and store merchandise Organizes sales floor while servicing account to allow for safe shopping environment for customers Operates order pickers and/or pallet jacks to move cases from warehouse to sales floor Maintains updated account information for all assigned accounts and uses the information to plan and execute the day.  Has the necessary POS needed for the day on the truck, returns unused POS to the warehouse promptly. The RNDC College Internship Program (known as the Internship Program) will provide a unique learning experience and career opportunity for a qualified college student to gain hands-on job experience. This experience is typically a 12 week structured program that compliments the Intern’s formal education in a specific business discipline relevant to the industry. The Intern will participate in a training program related to the Company’s function of Sales with an aggressive on-the-job learning curriculum that provides a 360 experience on most sales related job functions within the department. In addition, the Internship Program will require the Intern to complete an Executive White Paper of the learning experience that identifies one area of business improvement and recommended solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Work within various sales departments to gain knowledge, skills, and abilities to understand functions of Sales at RNDC. On-the-job (OJT) training will include sales, sales training, merchandising, operations and administration. Training in each area will require demonstration of knowledge and execution of skills learned. Completion of all assigned online training modules and technical training program(s). Meet weekly with department Manger or Intern Sponsor to review Internship Program progress and key learnings. By week eight, identify one area of opportunity in a business discipline that can be improved through better workflow processes. Develop an Executive White Paper that outlines the issue, the root cause, and possible solutions. Present the White Paper to the Company’s senior leaders, as designated, before the end of the Internship Program If applicable, complete the course requirements of the degree program related to the internship. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. Safely and properly unload a trailer of product, verify the load for accuracy and stage for put away.   Conduct proper put away of goods in the warehouse ensuring safety and proper rack utilization.    Meet individual productivity and accuracy standards as identified through Labor Management (LM) metrics.   Required to safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) to include forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, and/or clamper truck or attachment.  Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns and tools for the purpose of maintaining proper inventory levels and proper location of goods in the warehouse.   Assist in the process of putting away returned product from previous day’s deliveries.   Performs cleaning and maintenance duties as directed. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed. Observes safe product handling techniques. Cooperates with management and peers alike.  Is punctual and consistently available for work.  As needed, pre-pick and stage odd ball cases and bottles for use in the night shipping.   Pull and stage large customer orders in demand, such as Costco, Total Wine, etc.  Interact with associates during the hand-off from shift to shift.  Frequently will have interaction with delivery personnel, and the early morning receiving crew. Pick and pack orders using label picking, ring scanners, voice directed picking or paper picket tickets.    Performs various other duties, as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. Safely and properly unload a trailer of product, verify the load for accuracy and stage for put away.   Conduct proper put away of goods in the warehouse ensuring safety and proper rack utilization.    Meet individual productivity and accuracy standards as identified through Labor Management (LM) metrics.   Required to safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) to include forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, and/or clamper truck or attachment.  Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns and tools for the purpose of maintaining proper inventory levels and proper location of goods in the warehouse.   Assist in the process of putting away returned product from previous day’s deliveries.   Performs cleaning and maintenance duties as directed. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed. Observes safe product handling techniques. Cooperates with management and peers alike.  Is punctual and consistently available for work.  As needed, pre-pick and stage odd ball cases and bottles for use in the night shipping.   Pull and stage large customer orders in demand, such as Costco, Total Wine, etc.  Interact with associates during the hand-off from shift to shift.  Frequently will have interaction with delivery personnel, and the early morning receiving crew. Pick and pack orders using label picking, ring scanners, voice directed picking or paper picket tickets.    Performs various other duties, as assigned.
