We use Terramodel CAD program for our design and occasionally look for draftsmen/technicians who are interested in computer design of civil engineering plans for residential subdivisions and commercial warehouses. This primarily involves design of underground utilities like water lines, sanitary sewer and storm drain pipe in addition to grading land and preparing land for houses and warehouses to be built on top of our designs.
