Community Health Programs (CHP) is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving all of Berkshire County, in western Massachusetts.  We offer a wide arrange of primary healthcare services, dental care, and family support services regardless of a patients insurance status or socioeconomic income.
