The Veteran Challenge
We are grateful when veterans return to American soil and are reunited with their loved ones. We demonstrate our pride and appreciation at local parades with handshakes and congratulatory pats on the back. We must take into consideration the unique challenges veterans face as they acclimate back into a civilian environment.

Veterans must reinvent themselves upon their return from duty. Their transition from military to civilian life is often emotional, confusing, and difficult. Emotions must be set aside as practical matters dictate their new method of survival. Veteran’s anticipate their return home as an opportunity to start new careers with stable incomes and advancement opportunities. They hope the skills learned while in the Armed Forces serve them well as they enter the civilian workforce.

Vet2Tech has the power to improve the quality of a veteran’s life by helping them translate their military occupational specialties (MOS) for new careers in manufacturing and technical services, and providing access to personal job interviews and provides access to personal job interviews with companies in the manufacturing and technical service sectors. The personal assistance veterans receive from the dedicated staff at Vet2Tech assures they are utilizing the tangible and intangible skills learned while serving our country. Knowing that someone “has their back” on the home front is what makes Vet2Tech the premier program for transitioning veterans.
