Pathways to Housing is a not-for-profit organization that pioneered the Housing First Model, with the mission of transforming individual lives by ending homelessness and supporting recovery. Pathways to Housing National supports agencies across the United States, Canada and Europe in adopting the Housing First Model through trainings, consultantions and evaluations.
