InTown Suites is seeking a Property Maintenance Tech.  This is a full-time position that reports directly to the General Manager.

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for the daily upkeep of the entire property. Must be able to perform minor repairs that may include, but are not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, and equipment installation. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. The Maintenance Tech is required to occupy a room for the duration of employment and is required to be on call for emergency situations. In addition, the Maintenance Tech will function as Courtesy Officer one day each week. The Maintenance Tech must be proficient in the English language, both spoken and written.

The position requires the PMT to live on site. Room, utilities, phone, internet and cable are provided at no charge.
