As a US based company with a global presence, we own close to 10% of the R12 projects worldwide which provides the opportunity for our employees to be a part of global project teams.

IT Convergence is continually paving the way, using Oracle’s latest technologies. In January 2012, we joined the Oracle Corporation’s Oracle Fusion Applications Early Adopter program, and we are implementing core Fusion Applications Financials as well as Human Capital Management. We are following the suggested Co-Existence Strategy which means that we continue to maintain and upgrade our current Oracle E-Business Suite Applications. In fact, we are one of a select group of companies that Oracle has chosen as R12.2 Beta Testers.
