This position will be required to support all administrative/ clerical activities including, updating status reports and activity trackers, developing PowerPoint presentations, updating organizational charts and contact lists, maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, setting up WebEx, making travel arrangements, and filing travel expenses.
This position will review daily priorities and take into consideration what strategic and tactical initiatives are going to be important for that week. This is not a typical Administrative Assistant and does encompass less in-take of phone calls and more event management and facilitation of the building activities.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Must have at least 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast paced environment
Microsoft Excel basic proficiency is required to updating spreadsheets
Microsoft PowerPoint experience (create presentations for various events or meetings) is required
Must have experience working within a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
