Property Preservation Subcontractor
We are looking for subcontractors to perform property preservation and REO work on homes in the process of foreclosure. This is a very busy and demanding business and we need quality, reliable, and honest subcontractors to keep our company growing. Our contractors that make the most money are willing to do a lot of work in a short time frame. We are looking for contractors that are able to work independently (or have help if needed for certain jobs), have a strong work ethic, are loyal, and will do whatever it takes to complete the job. You must understand that we take a lot of photos to perform this contract. You must be knowable with computers. If you already are performing Property Preservation work you will go to the top of the list. Plus if you are a Veteran you will go to the top of the list as well.
